Georgina Woyram Adopley-Faitin
President & Founder
Georgina Woyram Adopley-Faitin is a visionary leader, educationist, and transformational voice committed to empowering women and shaping the future of education. She is the Founder of Lifeway Women Network, a faith-driven community dedicated to helping women discover their purpose, build capacity, and live intentionally.
Woyram is a certified positivity coach, emotional intelligence practitioner, therapist, trainer, and conference speaker whose work centers on personal growth, leadership, and purposeful living. A strong woman of faith, she is passionate about inspiring individuals to rise above limitations and embrace their God-given potential.
Academically accomplished, she holds two Master’s degrees—an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy and an MA in Education Administration in Higher Institutions. She also holds a BSc in Port and Shipping Administration and a Diploma in Montessori Education from the North American Montessori Center. With numerous professional certifications across diverse fields, she continues to expand her expertise and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
She is the Founder and CEO of International Community Montessori School, where she also serves as Principal and Management Lead, providing a nurturing and excellence-driven learning environment for young children. Through Leemel Educational Consult, she equips educators with essential professional skills and supports institutions with school setup and development. She also leads Beavers Educare Shop, a resource hub providing quality educational materials for schools and parents.
Driven by her passion for early childhood development, she founded Play4Growth Africa, an advocacy organization championing quality play as a critical component of learning in children’s formative years.
Woyram believes that life is a stage and every individual is a performer with a unique role to play. This philosophy fuels her mission to help women step boldly into their purpose, maximize their potential, and live impactful lives.
She is a devoted wife and a loving mother of two, and her life stands as a testament to resilience, growth, and the faithfulness of God.
Mrs. Joyce Nikezia Baffoe (Esq.)
Vice President / Legal Lead
Mrs. Joyce Nikezia Baffoe is a Barrister-at- Law and Solicitor with expertise in Civil Litigation and passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) .
As an Associate at Cann Quashie & Co. Law Firm in Takoradi, Joyce leverages her expertise to advise clients and drive successful outcomes.
In addition to private practice, Joyce serves as the Western Regional ADR Coordinator with the Judicial Service, where she applies her unique blend of court experience and dispute resolution skills to manage the ADR office.
Joyce’s ambition is to become a leading International Arbitrator, and she’s taking concrete steps to achieve this goal. She’s completed an introductory course in International Commercial Arbitration and is certified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(Ciarb), Ghana / Nigeria Chapter. Joyce is also pursuing an LLM in ADR at the University of Ghana, Legon.
She serves as Vice President and Legal Lead of Lifeway Women’s Network leveraging her extensive legal expertise and faith-driven values to drive organizational growth, empower women, and fulfill the organization’s mission.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Joyce is a devoted mother of four (4) children, balancing her career ambitions with family life.
Gifty Dansoa Anti

Oheneyere (Mpuntu Hemaa) Gifty Anti is one of Ghana’s most influential broadcast journalists, media entrepreneurs, and women’s empowerment advocates. She is the CEO of GDA Media Ltd and the host of The Standpoint, an award-winning, agenda-setting television programme focused on women’s issues, leadership, and social development.
With over 17 years of experience at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, she has built a distinguished career in journalism, complemented by a Master’s degree in International Journalism from City, University of London. She is also a best-selling author of eight books, with her debut, A Bit of Me, achieving top rankings on Amazon.

Adobea Clement
Events & Programs Lead
Adobea Clement is the CEO of ADONAB Events, an Event Planning and Coordinating Company. Born in Cape Coast, to Dr John Cofie Jones and Mrs Celestine Jones.
She worked with SURFLINE COMMUNICATIONS LTD as a Service Delivery Team Lead after working with HESS GHANA EXPLORATION, an exploration company in the Oil and Gas Industry as the Administrative support for the Drilling Office.
Prior to this, she was the Front office Manager for Raybow International Hotel and also supervised all events held at the hotel.
She holds a Bachelor in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and Higher National Diploma in Marketing from the Cape Coast Technical University.
She has experience in customer service relations, communications as well as marketing. She is a team player and seeks to build and encourage professionalism in all aspects of life.
A very sociable person, she loves to take charge of events by creating experiences and bringing visions to life for her Clients. She is passionate about the affairs of women and children and undertakes various philanthropic works for the less privileged wherever she finds herself.
With her role as the Event and Programs for LIFEWAY WOMEN NETWORK , she seeks to make sure all event productions of the organization are accordingly organized with her role as the Event and Programs Lead for LIFEWAY WOMEN NETWORK.
Her hobbies are travelling and discovering new places, swimming, reading and listening to music. She is married to a wonderful man who is a mining engineer and blessed with three beautiful children.
Efuwa Appiagyei Gyamfi
Public Relations Officer
Efuwa Appiagyei Gyamfi is a dynamic media professional and the Public Relations Officer for the LifeWay Women Network. Based in Takoradi, she is the creator and host of The Two Worse Moms, a parenting show on Newday Television, and an expert event moderator. As the Founder and Managing Director of Lawuel’s Homecare Network and the cofounder of Belief In Greatness, an organization dedicated to teen mentorship, she seamlessly blends entrepreneurship with social impact. She shares personal life lessons on her blog ‘We Thrive’ and is committed to using her platform to inspire the next generation to exercise grit and resilience.
Mercy Nana Adjoa Addison
Protocol Lead
Mercy Nana Adjoa Addison is a dedicated early childhood educator with a strong academic background and specialized training in child development, special needs education, and inclusive learning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Montessori education, showcasing her commitment to providing quality education. Mercy’s expertise in child psychology and development is further enhanced by her various certifications, including Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Early Years Professional Study, and Teaching Special Needs Education. She’s also trained in areas like Creativity in the Early Years, Schema Play and Behavior, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), demonstrating her passion for inclusive education. As an Advanced Health and Physical Fitness Instructor, Mercy brings a holistic approach to education, focusing on the overall well-being of children. Her experience and training enable her to support children with diverse needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using child-centered approaches and effective teaching methods. Additionally, Mercy serves as the Protocol Lead for Lifeway Women’s Network, further extending her impact in promoting quality education and support for women and children .

I hold a Bachelors degree in Fine Art from The Kwame Nkrumah University Of Science and Technology.

She is the CEO of Glam Sticheez Couture, a fashion brand known for its elegance, creativity, and attention to detail.
With a passion for excellence and people development, Pearl combines her business expertise with leadership to build both her brand and those around her. Beyond fashion, she serves as a dedicated Lady Pastor, committed to spiritual growth, mentorship, and impacting lives through the Word of God.

Accra Chapter Lead
Princess Tettey is a results-driven Branch Manager, Retail Experience at MTN Ghana, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across customer service, sales, corporate sales, and device support. She has successfully trained and coached team members who have advanced into supervisory roles, demonstrating her commitment to people development and service excellence.
She has contributed to improving customer service efficiency by promoting and supporting self-service solutions, enabling customers to resolve issues more conveniently while enhancing overall satisfaction. Her approach combines empathy, professionalism, and a strong focus on measurable results.
Princess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Postgraduate Diploma in People Strategy. Prudence Bedford Essel is a dedicated Family Coach and a passionate advocate for personal growth and transformation. She serves through Hills Foundation (Hills Images), where she empowers individuals and families to navigate life transitions with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
As the Chapter Lead for Lifeway Women Network, Kumasi, Prudence plays a vital role in building and nurturing a community of women committed to faith, growth, and meaningful impact.
She is an ethical, creative, and versatile self-starter, driven by a strong desire to foster effective communication and lasting relationships. Her approach is deeply rooted in empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive through every stage of life.

Sipokazi Somzana is a Johannesburg-based Social Worker, Author, Speaker, and Faith-Based Empowerment Advocate committed to transforming lives through holistic healing, purpose-driven work, and impactful storytelling. With a solid academic background in Healthcare Social Work, she brings a deeply compassionate and practical approach to emotional wellbeing, personal development, and community transformation.
She is the founder of Asta Social Work Services, a people-centered practice dedicated to advancing emotional wellness, child protection, and community development. Her work is grounded in restoration, dignity, and long-term impact, positioning her as a trusted voice in both professional and community spaces.
As the visionary behind Sipokazi Writes, she leverages her platform to inspire and empower—particularly young people and women—to embrace their identity, purpose, and spiritual growth. Her writing uniquely blends faith, lived experiences, and practical wisdom, offering messages that are both relatable and transformative.
An award-winning author, Sipokazi has made a meaningful contribution to Christian literature through her growing body of work. Her published books include Young and Crazy in Love with Jesus, Standing With Her: You Are Enough, Heart of Surrender: Moments with Daddy (a devotional journal), and The Favoured Women (a women’s devotional created in collaboration with other African authors). Through her books, she champions themes of self-worth, intentional living, healing, and unwavering faith.
Sipokazi also serves as the Treasurer of Soul Healing Session, a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment and upliftment of women. In addition, she is the South African Chapter Lead for the Lifeway Women Network, a global platform committed to helping women discover and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Beyond her writing and professional practice, Sipokazi is a mentor, coach, and facilitator, known for creating safe and transformative spaces that foster dialogue, healing, and growth. In her role as Community Development Manager for Makhulong A Matala, a subsidiary of the Johannesburg Housing Company, she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen social cohesion, empower communities, and drive sustainable development within housing environments. Her voice carries a message of hope, identity, and bold faith, establishing her as a rising leader at the intersection of social impact and faith-based empowerment.
Emma Gibbs
United Kingdom Chapter Lead
Emma Gibbs is a Director of EAOZA Group Limited (UK) and EAOZA LTD Ghana, leading a multifaceted approach to business and project delivery. Through her leadership, she has driven the development of innovative product concepts, including the SupremeChef® kitchen appliance, currently being prepared for market.
Professionally, Emma operates as a consultant within a global technology environment, specialising in design and construction project delivery. Her role combines Project Management and Quantity Surveying, with a strong focus on commercial control, coordination, and execution.
Alongside her corporate work, Emma is an independent music artist known as Lady Emma, with several releases available across major platforms.

I am a dedicated and professional lady, serving as a Collection supervisor at the Consolidated Bank Ghana where I bring integrity, honesty, trust and efficiency to the financial operations of the bank. I serve with a strong passion for excellence and maintain a meaningful relationship with my clients and colleagues.
I am rooted in the Ghanaian values of respect and approach life and work with a positive mindset and solution-oriented attitude. I believe in accountability and make sure I leave a lasting impact wherever I find myself.
Beyond my professional life, I am a mother, a wife, a sister and a strong and dedicated Christian. I value relationships and appreciate a strong connection while celebrating the little joys and laughter that life brings.

Nana Yaa Yentumi Asante
Coordinator - The Refined Boys Initiative
Nana Yaa Yentumi Asante is the coordinator for the refined boys initiative of the Lifeway Women’s Network. She is also COO for Topline Beauty Bar which deals in authentic makeup and skincare products sourced directly from the USA. and UK. She is an image consultant and a beauty therapist aswell. She was born on the 25th of November 1982 in Takoradi. She obtained her basic school education at Chapel Hill and continued to Wesley Girls High school for her high school education.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Management at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan USA where she graduated with honors. She secured a job with the Small Business Division of the Navy Federal Credit Union, Springfield Virginia as administrative assistant. She worked for a year and gained admission at the University of Mary Washington located in Fredericksburg,Virginia to pursue an MBA with a specialty in Project Management. After graduating she decided to return back home to Ghana.
She got employed by Halliburton Ghana as the first Service Planner. She worked for three years and then moved on to pursue her own dream in beauty therapy .
She is a driven individual with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach to work.she possesses a strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm. She has the ability to prioritize workload while maintaining attention to detail.She is culturally aware and have the ability to think and work outside the box.
Justicious Donna Cobbah
SHEro Coordinator
Justicious Donna Cobbah is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service management and operations at MTN Ghana, where she serves as a Customer Care Controller. She is known for her strong leadership, commitment to excellence, and ability to drive team performance while delivering quality customer experience.
She is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Donna J Enterprise, a growing retail business focused on providing essential products with consistency and reliability. Donna serves as a Shero Coordinator with Lifeway Women Network, where she contributes to empowering and inspiring women to live purpose-driven lives.
She is passionate about leadership, personal growth, and making meaningful impact, guided by strong values of faith, integrity, and discipline.
Dr. Wendy Moore, PharmD
Project Coordinator, Purposeful Girl
Dr. Wendy Moore, PharmD, is a pharmacist committed to safe medication use, patient education, and improving health outcomes through responsible pharmaceutical care.
She serves as Director at Kabmore Chemists Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Back to School, Home and Beyond, a retail outlet dedicated to supplying essential items for children. She is the Project Coordinator for the Purposeful Girl Project under Life Way Women Network, where she contributes to the planning and implementation of initiatives focused on adolescent development and support.
Dr. Moore is married and a proud mother of three. She values family life and maintains a balanced lifestyle, guided by integrity, compassion, and a strong commitment to service.
Rita Aku-Shika Diabah
Women in Business Coordinator
Rita Aku-Shika Diabah is the Founder and CEO of Yesli Ice, a Ghanaian natural food and beverage company dedicated to promoting healthy living through low- and zero-sugar products made with essential natural nutrients. She is a respected business leader and advocate for SME growth, having served as the immediate past Western Region Vice Chairperson of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), and currently as the Western Regional President of the SMEs Association of Ghana (SMEsAG).
Passionate about entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment, Rita mentors over 200 young female entrepreneurs through CAMFED Ghana, helping build sustainable businesses and leadership capacity.
An alumna of OLA Girls’ Senior High School, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), alongside certifications in food safety and entrepreneurship.
Under her leadership, Yesli Ice has received multiple national recognitions, including Overall Best SME MTN SMEGA Awards 2025, Food & Beverage Company of the Year 2025, and Product Innovation Award 2025. Rita herself was honored as Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 and has earned several regional and continental leadership awards.
In 2024, she served as a main speaker at the World Intellectual Property Organization’s Committee on Development and Intellectual Property in Geneva, Switzerland — reflecting her growing influence in innovation, SME development, and healthy enterprise leadership.
Rita brings to every stage a powerful blend of entrepreneurial insight, innovation, and a deep commitment to building healthier communities and stronger businesses.

Mrs. Christiana Owusu Banahene Sackey
Tea Party Program Coordinator
Mrs. Christiana Owusu Banahene Sackey is a Procurement Officer at the Electricity Company of Ghana in the Western Region, a passionate entrepreneur, and CEO of Christella B Ventures and Chrissteve Cleaning Services.
She is deeply committed to delivering exquisite and highly professional cleaning services, both domestically and commercially, with excellence and attention to detail. She also specializes in the supply of quality electronics and kitchen appliances to her clients.
She is also a physical instructor dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing by guiding individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
As a wife and mother, she mentors children in their emotional and mental development and provides holistic spiritual support to families.
Her hobbies include cooking and sporting activities. She holds a degree in Procurement and Logistics, as well as Management Studies, from the University of Cape Coast.
She also serves as the Coordinator for the Lifeway Women Tea Party Program.
Loretta Sintim-Koree
Women In Waiting Coordinator
Loretta Sintim-Koree is an HR professional in the logistics industry with over a decade of experience in coordinating operations and human resource activities across multiple regions in Ghana.
Beyond her professional role, she serves as the Coordinator for Women in Waiting of Lifeway and is actively involved in ministry work as a District Women’s Ministry Secretary, contributing meaningfully to faith-based initiatives and events.
She is disciplined, dependable, and purpose-driven, demonstrating a strong balance between career growth, leadership, and community service.

Takoradi Chapter Fundraiser
Anna Mensah is a dedicated finance professional currently working with Stanbic Ghana Ltd as an ATM and Cash Custodian. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Takoradi Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
With additional certifications in Customer Service and Anti-Money Laundering, Anna brings a strong blend of technical expertise and client-focused skills to her role. She is passionate about accuracy, accountability, and delivering excellent service in the financial sector.
Beyond her professional life, Anna enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with friends. She is also a devoted Christian, a loving wife, and a proud mother of two adorable children, values she holds close and which continue to shape her character both at work and in her personal life.
Mavis Hoffman Mensah

Mavis Hoffman Mensah is an entrepreneur currently working with Hammer Production in Kumasi. She is the founder of Hoffman’s Imports and Preorder Services, a business dedicated to delivering reliable and customer-focused sourcing solutions.
As a committed fundraiser within LW (Kumasi), Mavis brings strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people. She thrives in team environments and is equally effective working independently with minimal supervision. Her strengths include keen observation, clear communication, empathy, and patience—qualities that enable her to navigate challenges and build meaningful relationships.

I am a dedicated and purpose-driven professional with a strong background in logistics and administration, currently working as an Administration Manager. With several years of experience in the logistics industry, I have developed a solid foundation in coordination, organization, and operational efficiency, supported by my Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact. I currently serve as the Fundraiser for the Accra Chapter of Lifeway Women Network, where I contribute to initiatives that empower women and foster community growth.

Doreen Naa Merley Laryea-Joseph is a passionate and creative Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Crafter with a strong eye for detail and a deep love for visual storytelling. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Design (Animation and Illustration) from Takoradi Technical University (TTU), where she developed her expertise in transforming ideas into compelling visual expressions.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Doreen believes that God has uniquely gifted every individual to make meaningful impact. Through her art, she lives out this belief by creating works that not only communicate visually but also inspire, uplift, and bring joy to the hearts of her clients. For her, true fulfillment comes from using creativity as a tool to touch lives and make a difference.
She serves as a dedicated member of the Media Team at Lifeway Women’s Network, where she contributes her skills to support the organization’s visual communication and media initiatives. Her role allows her to collaborate, create, and help amplify the network’s message with clarity and creativity.
Doreen’s journey is defined by purpose, creativity, and service, as she continues to use art as a powerful medium to inspire transformation and spread joy while fulfilling her God-given calling.
