Georgina Woyram Adopley-Faitin is a visionary leader, educationist, and transformational voice committed to empowering women and shaping the future of education. She is the Founder of Lifeway Women Network, a faith-driven community dedicated to helping women discover their purpose, build capacity, and live intentionally.

Woyram is a certified positivity coach, emotional intelligence practitioner, therapist, trainer, and conference speaker whose work centers on personal growth, leadership, and purposeful living. A strong woman of faith, she is passionate about inspiring individuals to rise above limitations and embrace their God-given potential.

Academically accomplished, she holds two Master’s degrees—an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy and an MA in Education Administration in Higher Institutions. She also holds a BSc in Port and Shipping Administration and a Diploma in Montessori Education from the North American Montessori Center. With numerous professional certifications across diverse fields, she continues to expand her expertise and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.

She is the Founder and CEO of International Community Montessori School, where she also serves as Principal and Management Lead, providing a nurturing and excellence-driven learning environment for young children. Through Leemel Educational Consult, she equips educators with essential professional skills and supports institutions with school setup and development. She also leads Beavers Educare Shop, a resource hub providing quality educational materials for schools and parents.
Driven by her passion for early childhood development, she founded Play4Growth Africa, an advocacy organization championing quality play as a critical component of learning in children’s formative years.

Woyram believes that life is a stage and every individual is a performer with a unique role to play. This philosophy fuels her mission to help women step boldly into their purpose, maximize their potential, and live impactful lives.

She is a devoted wife and a loving mother of two, and her life stands as a testament to resilience, growth, and the faithfulness of God.

Mrs. Joyce Nikezia Baffoe is a Barrister-at- Law and Solicitor with expertise in Civil Litigation and passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) .

As an Associate at Cann Quashie & Co. Law Firm in Takoradi, Joyce leverages her expertise to advise clients and drive successful outcomes.


In addition to private practice, Joyce serves as the Western Regional ADR Coordinator with the Judicial Service, where she applies her unique blend of court experience and dispute resolution skills to manage the ADR office.


Joyce’s ambition is to become a leading International Arbitrator, and she’s taking concrete steps to achieve this goal. She’s completed an introductory course in International Commercial Arbitration and is certified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(Ciarb), Ghana / Nigeria Chapter. Joyce is also pursuing an LLM in ADR at the University of Ghana, Legon.

She serves as Vice President and Legal Lead of Lifeway Women’s Network leveraging her extensive legal expertise and faith-driven values to drive organizational growth, empower women, and fulfill the organization’s mission.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Joyce is a devoted mother of four (4) children, balancing her career ambitions with family life.

Adobea Clement is the CEO of ADONAB Events, an Event Planning and Coordinating Company. Born in Cape Coast, to Dr John Cofie Jones and Mrs Celestine Jones.

She worked with SURFLINE COMMUNICATIONS LTD as a Service Delivery Team Lead after working with HESS GHANA EXPLORATION, an exploration company in the Oil and Gas Industry as the Administrative support for the Drilling Office.

Prior to this, she was the Front office Manager for Raybow International Hotel and also supervised all events held at the hotel.

She holds a Bachelor in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and Higher National Diploma in Marketing from the Cape Coast Technical University.

She has experience in customer service relations, communications as well as marketing. She is a team player and seeks to build and encourage professionalism in all aspects of life.
A very sociable person, she loves to take charge of events by creating experiences and bringing visions to life for her Clients. She is passionate about the affairs of women and children and undertakes various philanthropic works for the less privileged wherever she finds herself.

With her role as the Event and Programs for LIFEWAY WOMEN NETWORK , she seeks to make sure all event productions of the organization are accordingly organized with her role as the Event and Programs Lead for LIFEWAY WOMEN NETWORK.

Her hobbies are travelling and discovering new places, swimming, reading and listening to music. She is married to a wonderful man who is a mining engineer and blessed with three beautiful children.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Lawuel’s Homecare Network and the cofounder of Belief In Greatness, an organization dedicated to teen mentorship, she seamlessly blends entrepreneurship with social impact. She shares personal life lessons on her blog ‘We Thrive’ and is committed to using her platform to inspire the next generation to exercise grit and resilience.

Nana Yaa Yentumi Asante is the coordinator for the refined boys initiative of the Lifeway Women’s Network. She is also COO for Topline Beauty Bar which deals in authentic makeup and skincare products sourced directly from the USA. and UK. She is an image consultant and a beauty therapist aswell. She was born on the 25th of November 1982 in Takoradi. She obtained her basic school education at Chapel Hill and continued to Wesley Girls High school for her high school education.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Management at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan USA where she graduated with honors. She secured a job with the Small Business Division of the Navy Federal Credit Union, Springfield Virginia as administrative assistant. She worked for a year and gained admission at the University of Mary Washington located in Fredericksburg,Virginia to pursue an MBA with a specialty in Project Management. After graduating she decided to return back home to Ghana.

She got employed by Halliburton Ghana as the first Service Planner. She worked for three years and then moved on to pursue her own dream in beauty therapy .

She is a driven individual with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach to work.she possesses a strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm. She is a respected business leader and advocate for SME growth, having served as the immediate past Western Region Vice Chairperson of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), and currently as the Western Regional President of the SMEs Association of Ghana (SMEsAG).
Passionate about entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment, Rita mentors over 200 young female entrepreneurs through CAMFED Ghana, helping build sustainable businesses and leadership capacity.
An alumna of OLA Girls’ Senior High School, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), alongside certifications in food safety and entrepreneurship.
Under her leadership, Yesli Ice has received multiple national recognitions, including Overall Best SME MTN SMEGA Awards 2025, Food & Beverage Company of the Year 2025, and Product Innovation Award 2025.
