Akosua Konadu Adusei is a dedicated audit professional and tax consultant with significant experience in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services. She has worked with diverse organizations, supporting them in strengthening financial reporting systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and improving internal controls.
Akosua is passionate about promoting transparency, accountability, and sound financial management practices. Through her professional expertise, she assists businesses in navigating complex financial and tax environments while helping them build sustainable and compliant operations.
Beyond her professional career, Akosua is deeply committed to empowering women and young ladies through mentorship, leadership and community initiatives. She currently serves on various boards and committees like; Lifeway Women’s Network welfare, banks, hospitals, churches, schools and other organisations, where she contributes to programs that promote support, wellbeing and development.

Anna Mensah is a dedicated finance professional currently working with Stanbic Ghana Ltd as an ATM and Cash Custodian. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Takoradi Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
With additional certifications in Customer Service and Anti-Money Laundering, Anna brings a strong blend of technical expertise and client-focused skills to her role. She is passionate about accuracy, accountability, and delivering excellent service in the financial sector.
Beyond her professional life, Anna enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with friends. She is also a devoted Christian, a loving wife, and a proud mother of two adorable children, values she holds close and which continue to shape her character both at work and in her personal life.

I am a dedicated and purpose-driven professional with a strong background in logistics and administration, currently working as an Administration Manager. With several years of experience in the logistics industry, I have developed a solid foundation in coordination, organization, and operational efficiency, supported by my Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact. I currently serve as the Fundraiser for the Accra Chapter of Lifeway Women Network, where I contribute to initiatives that empower women and foster community growth.
I value integrity, continuous learning, and service to others. My interests in reading and writing reflect my love for personal development and thoughtful expression, while my passion for mentoring allows me to support and encourage others in their journey toward growth and purpose.
I am inspired by opportunities to build meaningful relationships, contribute to positive change, and live intentionally—both personally and professionally.

Mavis Arthur-Mensah is a dedicated and results-driven professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager and Acting Branch Manager at BOPP Co-operative Credit Union. With a strong background in cooperative services, she has steadily risen through the ranks—from office clerk to teller, loans officer, and now a key leader within the organization. Her journey reflects resilience, hard work, and a deep commitment to excellence.
In addition to her managerial role, Mavis serves as the Women Coordinator at BOPP Credit Union, where she actively promotes women’s empowerment and inclusive participation within the cooperative space.
Driven by a passion for making a difference, she is the founder of the FiiCarl Foundation, an initiative focused on supporting the less privileged, particularly children. Through this foundation, she is committed to extending impact special needs children in the future.
Mavis is known for her leadership, dedication to community development, and her vision to create meaningful change.

Mrs. Joyce Nikezia Baffoe is a Barrister-at- Law and Solicitor with expertise in Civil Litigation and passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) .
As an Associate at Cann Quashie & Co. Law Firm in Takoradi, Joyce leverages her expertise to advise clients and drive successful outcomes.
In addition to private practice, Joyce serves as the Western Regional ADR Coordinator with the Judicial Service, where she applies her unique blend of court experience and dispute resolution skills to manage the ADR office.
Joyce’s ambition is to become a leading International Arbitrator, and she’s taking concrete steps to achieve this goal. She’s completed an introductory course in International Commercial Arbitration and is certified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(Ciarb), Ghana / Nigeria Chapter. Joyce is also pursuing an LLM in ADR at the University of Ghana, Legon.
She serves as Vice President and Legal Lead of Lifeway Women’s Network leveraging her extensive legal expertise and faith-driven values to drive organizational growth, empower women, and fulfill the organization’s mission.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Joyce is a devoted mother of four (4) children, balancing her career ambitions with family life.
