Yesterday, I boarded a flight from Takoradi to Accra for the Stand-Out Executive Women Leaders Breakfast.
As I sat by the window waiting for others to board,
my eyes fixed on the propeller —
it looked so ordinary, like a simple fan.
But when the engine came on,
it began to spin, to move, to make noise.
And suddenly, that “simple” propeller
became the very force that would carry us into the sky.
Then it struck me…
Our journey to Accra depended on that propeller —
its movement, its sound, its unseen work.
Even the noise, uncomfortable as it was,
was part of the process of getting us safely to our destination.
And I thought — this is how the Holy Spirit works.
Sometimes, His leading may not be quiet or predictable.
Sometimes, it stirs, corrects, redirects, and even disrupts our comfort.
But it is that same “movement”
that carries us forward in life.
Many times, we walk through life not knowing how we will arrive,
not fully understanding the process…
Yet God has already put a “propeller” within us .
His Spirit — to guide, sustain, and propel us.
You may not understand the noise.
You may not see how it all connects.
But trust the process.
Trust the movement.
Trust the Spirit.
Because just like that flight,
you will arrive safely at your destination.
